The Jay Group partners with M&S EAP to provide a free and confidential Employee Assistance Program that supports employees and their families with personal and work-related challenges.

The program offers professional assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up care. Employees and eligible family members may access virtual or in-person counseling, 24/7 live support, and a wide range of work and life resources. These include child and elder care assistance, financial guidance, time management support, stress management tools, education resources, and more.

Additional features include an online training library, live chat options, and monthly newsletters available in English and Spanish. Participants may receive up to four counseling sessions per year, with additional blocks of four available after a two-month break. Online HR and supervisory orientations are available upon request. Specialized elder care and financial counseling are provided by experienced consultants.
